Our Firm
Our firm has provided accounting, auditing, and tax services to the local and surrounding communities for 59 years. We take pride in the specialized knowledge that we have developed in the areas of our practice. Our offices are located in the Maxwell Centre near the historic Centre Market District in Wheeling, West Virginia.

Firm Affiliations
Our firm is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The AICPA is committed to helping its members achieve the highest standards in performing quality audits.
The AIPCA offers firm-based voluntary membership centers specifically for firms that perform audits. Kozicki Hughes Tickerhoof PLLC is a dedicated member of the following quality centers:
- AICPA Governmental Audit Quality Center
- AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center
As part of our firm’s association with these memberships, we receive a wide range of support that includes education, training, contacts, and resources to help us better serve our clients, as well as subject ourselves to a higher standard of audit quality, which membership in a center demands.
Firm Quality
Our firm has actively participated in the AICPA’s Peer Review Program since 1990. Our most recent peer review of our system of quality control performed by an independent CPA Firm in accordance with standards establishedby the AICPA was completed in 2024 and we received a PASS rating. No deficiencies were identified. We have included a link to our most recent Peer Review Report dated January 12, 2024.
